I have been dancing since the age of three and I’ve loved every minute! At the age of 10, I was given my first professional dance opportunity while performing for the Osmond family and since have performed with various artists and have done a range of media work. My dance team experience includes the Runnin’ Rebels Starlettes for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), the North Carolina State Dance team and the Division I UNC-Asheville’s Dance team. My professional dance team experience began with the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks Dance Team from 2001-2002. Then, from 2004-2009, I cheered in the NFL for the Jacksonville Jaguar’s “ROAR”.

Outside of performing, I work as a registered dietitian for a private practice which specializes in bariatric surgery and medically supervised weight loss.

I could not be more proud to be a member of the 2010 Sweethearts for Soldiers. As a sister of two brothers who served this great country in the Army, I have seen and felt the sacrifices made by everyone involved from the soldiers to their families. I have traveled to many bases over the years and have made it my personal mission to thank each and every soldier that I have the pleasure of meeting. My brothers selflessly and courageously fought for our freedoms. The least I could do is be a part of bringing a piece of home to all those like them in harm’s way far from their loved ones and the comforts of home that we stateside may take for granted.

God Bless,
Sunny
