My name is Harmony and I am originally from Michigan. I moved to California six years ago to get away from the brutally cold winters! I spent 7 seasons dancing in the NBA. I was with the Los Angeles Clippers Spirit dance team for 4 years and the Detroit Pistons Automotion dance team for 3 years. I am a licensed cosmetologist and currently working as a hairstylist at a salon in Los Angeles.

I am proud to be a member of the Sweethearts for Soldiers organization to give back to our true American Heroes. As an NBA dancer I have always hoped to travel overseas to boost the morale of the United States Military. I always read blogs about other pro cheerleading teams going overseas and their experiences seem so life changing and worthwhile. I am thrilled to be involved with the sweethearts to give back and show my appreciation to our Nation’s Military. I feel this is something special to show that I'm proud to be American, in knowing that I’m free, to the men and women whom have served and are serving who gave that right to me! We all have to remember that our Freedom isn’t FREE!!!
